Made to order items.
On custom orders that are handmade to order returns are not accepted and all sales are final unless there has been an error on my end. If you have any problems with your order, please message me and I will do my best to help.
Pre-made items.
If you would like to return an item, please contact me via email at knitsbysimi@gmail.com within 14 days after receiving your parcel. I will provide you with all the necessary information and instructions for returning your item. Unfortunately, I am only a small business so cannot cover shipping costs and you will have to return your parcel at your own cost.

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
